Each workshop will start with quiet breathing exercises and "meditation" suitable for their age. There will then be some fun mindful games involving both stretching and balancing.
It will be an opportunity for the children to be calm, focussed, have fun and move in a safe structured way without judgement. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
Friday 24th August
Beginners (3-5yrs): 1.30-2.15pm
Juniors (6-9 yrs): 2.30-3.15pm
Seniors (10+ yrs): 3.30-4.15pm
