Just by receiving this email you are probably more aware than most about the importance of movement and exercise! But, just by attending a Pilates or dance class we are not stretching enough. Effective stretching allows our muscles and joints to work with full capacity and reduces risk of injury.

This fantastic blogger has put together an amazing graphic bible of which muscles are being stretched in various familiar, and unfamiliar (!), poses.
