Week 8:

I hope you are enjoying March Matness as much as I am - it was great to mix up the Saturday Pilates class last week and I look forward to doing the same this week - lesson plan below.

YOGA CLASSES:
 
Weekly classes will be starting tomorrow and will follow the below timetable. We will then review at the end of March and tweak according to your feedback.

5.15 - 6.00pm - Yin Yoga 
6.00 - 7.00pm - Vinyasa Flow Yoga
7.00 - 7.45pm - Vinyasa Flow Yoga 
7.45 - 8.45pm - Yin Yoga 

We have mats however if you would prefer to bring your own please do.

ADULT TAP VIDEOS:

'Close Work' exercise (below)
 
Close work is a style of tap evolved by older male American tappers who could no longer jump but of course wanted to keep on dancing. Feet stay close to the ground and close together moving quickly!
