Week 3:

Superb to see so many of you keeping up January goals (or just attending classes!) well into the third week of the year. As classes are filling up; please do remember to book in in advance to secure your place.

We have a 24 hr cancellation policy and would appreciate 'late' cancellations so that those on the waiting lists can have a class.

Yoga classes will be starting on Thursday 9th Feb with the timetable you have determined to be most popular. This first week, classes will be on offer; £5 for a 45 minute class and £7.50 for a 60 minute class so, rather than use your passes, be sure to purchase these deals - details below.

We have mats however if you would prefer to bring your own please do.

A series of sequential movements that interlink postures to form a continuous flow. High importance is placed on marrying the use of breath and movement together in harmony.

A slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. By holding the postures for prolonged periods of time it allows for the stretch to reach the myofascia of the body which, as a result, helps maintain healthy joints and releases fresh blood cells around the entire body, including the organs. Deeply relaxing and challenging at times.


As you know, we use the MindBody system for online booking and our classes are priced on duration rather than style. Over the past 5 years we have found this to be the best value for our clients, most of whom take more than one style of class with us.

The system is pretty clever, but not clever enough; we are experiencing several instances of established clients booking in to classes using the 'free trial class' option.

This option is available to ALL clients so that NEW clients can 'purchase' as many free trial classes as they need. We offer 4 different 45 minute classes (Barre, DDMix, Tap + Power Pilates) and 1 60 minute class (mat Pilates). We also offer a 30 min Pilates class that clients might like to try, as well as a 15 min Abs + Stretch class.

To encourage new clients to try all of our range, we've had to make the free trial classes available to everyone and trust that established clients don't choose this option when booking. We know this could perhaps happen in error so would ask you to be vigilant when clicking!
