Week 4:


As today is the 1st of February, we hope the high class numbers continue this month - well done for a superb January of exercise + self care!

As well as the Adult Tap practice videos, we also put up Pilates workout ideas and, starting from last week, snippets of the DDMix routines on our social media pages. Do check them out and share with friends if trying to convince them to join you at classes - if they do sign up, YOU get a FREE class after all..

Yoga classes will be starting on Thursday 9th Feb with the timetable you have determined to be most popular. This first week, classes will be on offer; £5 for a 45 minute class and £7.50 for a 60 minute class so, rather than use your passes, be sure to purchase these deals - details below.
YOGA CLASSES:
 
Thursday 9th Feb - click to book (8 places per class)

5.15 - 6.00pm - Yin Yoga (£5.00)
6.00 - 7.00pm - Vinyasa Flow Yoga (£7.50)
7.00 - 7.45pm - Vinyasa Flow Yoga (£5.00)
7.45 - 8.45pm - Yin Yoga (£7.50)

We have mats however if you would prefer to bring your own please do.

1. VINYASA FLOW YOGA:
A series of sequential movements that interlink postures to form a continuous flow. High importance is placed on marrying the use of breath and movement together in harmony.

2. YIN YOGA:
A slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. By holding the postures for prolonged periods of time it allows for the stretch to reach the myofascia of the body which, as a result, helps maintain healthy joints and releases fresh blood cells around the entire body, including the organs. Deeply relaxing and challenging at times.

7.15 - 8.00pm - Adult Tap Beginners
8.00 - 8.45pm - Adult Tap Improvers

7.30 - 8.15pm -  Power Pilates
8.15 - 8.45pm - mat Pilates
