The lovely Alice is primed and ready to teach Yoga at Clifford Studios on a Thursday. Class times will be whilst the Tap + Modern sessions are going on the Large Hall, and into the evening; depending on demand. She is offering two styles of Yoga detailed below.
Alice also teaches Barre however, as the Small Hall does not have a barre, we can't offer that at the moment. If enough of you were keen though, we could look into the purchase of a portable one for the future.

We are keen to get these started ASAP as Alice will likely be snapped up elsewhere and we are already paying for the use of the hall.
1. VINYASA FLOW YOGA:
A series of sequential movements that interlink postures to form a continuous flow. High importance is placed on marrying the use of breath and movement together in harmony.
2. YIN YOGA:
A slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. By holding the postures for prolonged periods of time it allows for the stretch to reach the myofascia of the body which, as a result, helps maintain healthy joints and releases fresh bloody cells around the entire body, including the organs. Deeply relaxing and challenging at times.
