Native Art Week:  August 11-18

Our first "Native Art Week" Bigger, Better, Bolder, and Online is just about hereWe have seven days with new work by 18 Native Artists!  Each day is a different artist or theme; please see the dates below and more details to come.  We will also be releasing our new, "Artist Series Videos" throughout the week during the events.  You can check out the current videos already online!  We are fortunate to have a few Artists that will attend Online Zoom Talks during Art Week. Full details and how to connect will be forthcoming in future newsletters as the events occur.

We know most of you will not be Santa Fe, nor will many of our artists participate in person. Our goal is to keep everyone safe and healthy during events.   However, that does not stop the great art from coming into the gallery.  Wait until you see the amazing new pieces and videos we have ready for you!

Sign up to Follow Your Favorite Artists Online!

A gentle reminder, but now is the PERFECT time to sign up to get a notice when your favorite artist has new work in the gallery.  We have a subscription link on many of your favorite artist pages that will allow you to receive an email each time there is something new online.  The email has a photo and a full description of the original work, with a direct link to check it out on the website.  And don't worry about too much email, you can unsubscribe anytime just by clicking a link.  Click here to subscribe to the individual artist updates!  Also let us know if your favorite artist isn't listed, we can add them in!

Thank you!

As we enter into an exciting few weeks for the gallery and our artists, I want to say "THANK YOU" to everyone for their support over the past few months.  It's not just the sales but also the notes and calls of support and encouragement are always appreciated!

Please continue to Stay Healthy, and let's hope that in 2021 I will get to see each of you at in Scottsdale or Santa Fe!  In the meantime, we will continue to buy new work from gallery artists and keep this dynamic artistry active and vibrant.  Thank you for helping us to continue our mission in trying times.
I look forward to hearing from you with any questions or suggestions.

Sunday Sale-Day!

The first Sunday of each month is our "Sunday Sale-day."  Each time select up to 100 items from our website and put them on sale!  Discounts range from 10% to 50% off, depending on the pieces.  It's one day only, and pieces must be paid in full.  Get ready....it's a lot of fun!
Help us Raise Money for Navajo and Hopi COVID funds.

One of our awesome clients handmade four different cloth masks with pottery designs on them and DONATED them to us to help raise money for Navajo and Hopi COVID relief.  Each mask is $10 and all the funds raised will be donated to both Navajo and Hopi COVID funds.

King Galleries is matching each purchase, so that means for each mask $20 will be donated!  Let's see how much we can raise!
Other Gallery News...
Our own "Indian Market" is ON! We are getting ready for an exceptional event during the week of July 11 -18.  Due to the COVID crisis, we have scheduled a series of events over the week.
We will be posting times for those artists in attendance in the gallery.
While we will have fewer "in-gallery" artists, we are planning a few Zoom events in addition to the release of several new artist videos!

"Forward-thinking gallerists, museum curators, and clay artists themselves are fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of Native clay arts. At the forefront is Charles S. King. Owner of King Galleries in Santa Fe and Scottsdale, Arizona.  He is considered by many to be the dean of contemporary Southwestern Native clay arts."
