Roseta Santiago &
Susan Folwell
April 8 - 24

I'm very pleased to present our first showing of new paintings by Roseta Santiago.  We have been representing her paintings in both galleries for the past year. This is our first showing of new paintings, and it is a very exciting event for us!  Roseta is famous for her regional art representing the Southwest and her realistic still-life paintings of pottery and weavings.  Each new painting captures a distinctive aspect of her art and dramatic style.  She paints with such a passionate voice in her work and each piece has a "story" as to her thoughts while painting.

Susan Folwell (Santa Clara Pueblo) continues with her new work in clay inspired by the Taos Society of Artists.  The new pieces include both her now-classic clay "cell phones" along with "functional" objects painted with Taos Artists imagery.  The complex forms and creative designs are an exciting creative evolution in her artistry.  Amazingly, I have been working with Susan in the gallery for almost 25 years.  I have watched her grow as an artist and she continues to impress and amaze me with the creative work for each show.
Heard Market Update

Thank you for such a great response during our Heard Indian Market week!  It was a great event with spectacular pottery by gallery artists!  It was great to see a growing return of people to the street during Art Walk.  Thank you for making it a great success!

Our next events will be in Santa Fe over Memorial Day Weekend with Autumn Borts-Medlock. We have a busy summer planned in Santa Fe so watch for more details.

Please continue to stay safe and healthy.  I am looking forward to our summer in Santa Fe and hopefully will see many of you in New Mexico!
I look forward to hearing from you with any questions or suggestions.
