Please help keep the #ECstrong calendar list of events and benefits up to date and accurate

In the aftermath of the devastating flash floods in Historic Ellicott City, businesses and organizations, large and small, are hosting fundraisers and events to help support the EC Partnership, the merchants and restaurateurs, and the individuals impacted by the flood.

Using the TotallyHoCo.com calendar, we created an #ECstrong category as a way to highlight and promote these events.

But we need your help to identify and tag all of the events. There are too many (which is a good problem to have) to track them all thoroughly and completely.

If you know of #ECstrong events (benefits, community meetings, volunteer opportunities, farmers markets or more) that are happening, please make sure the events are listed on the calendar. (It's free to publish an event.)

If the event isn't listed, please either ask the event organizer to post the event, or publish it yourself! (Thanks!)

And, of course, please promote and support these #ECstrong events when and where you can. If you go to TotallyHoCo.com and click the Categories button on the left, below the scrolling images, you can see a full list of all the upcoming #ECstrong events.

Thanks!

Jessie ... also the daughter of an elderly man whose office in Historic Ellicott City flooded. Yes, it's a mess.

Thirty-four #ECstrong events from today forward are on the calendar. 34! Equally that many have already been held.

We need extra eyes to help monitor the events and make sure they are all listed.

Also, I manage this calendar, and  I'm going to Burning Man Aug 24 - Sept 5, then a Nerium convention straight after that. No or limited wifi until Sept 11th. If someone is willing to take on just the #ECstrong part (I'll show you what to do), that'd be great. It should be about 3-4 hours max per week.

Thanks!
