This will be at the usual location of Richard and Karen's farm (Moss Brow Farm, Warburton, WA13 9TJ ) on Sunday, 17th July starting at 12:30. You are welcome to bring non-members along with you. Details of how to pay below.
Barbecued food and desserts will be provided but we would appreciate it if attendees could bring a salad dish to share (see salad section below). Due to licensing issues please bring your own alcoholic drinks. We will provide a small range of non-alcoholic drinks and condiments as well as glasses, plates and cutlery.
In order to judge the correct amount of food to supply please fill out the Google Form via the link that follows to let us know whether you are coming or not, and what help you can offer. If it doesn't work then email us please (see section below). We need your responses by 11 July if at all possible. We will be making arrangements and ordering food based on the numbers we have. So as much information as possible by then please.

Payment Information
Please can we have payment in advance. It's £12 for Adults, £5 for youngsters over 5. We need this to cover the cost of buying the food and give us definitive numbers.
The easiest way to pay is via by bank transfer to the following account.

Please use a reference "Your name" - BBQ so that John knows which event the money is for.
Otherwise please give or hand over a cheque to a committee member (payable to Lymm Twin Town Society).

Short Note about the Salads
 Personally I really look forward to the quality and the variety of the salads that people bring. Every year they are absolutely excellent. So please bring a salad of your choice if at all possible.
However please also follow a few simple rules as well
- Please mark them clearly if they contain nuts.
- Please re-wash any lettuce ,even from pre-washed bags (Leafy greens present a high risk of E-coli ).
- Please keep them cool once made.

If you have problems with the Google Form
I hope that this won't happen but if you are coming and you get stuck with the Form then please reply to this email with
- Your Family Name.
- Adult Numbers and those 5-17
- Any Dietary requirements or allergies we need to be aware of
- Can you bring a salad?
- Can you provide an Event shelter / Gazebo
- Can you help on the day either with setup from 10:30 or afterwards with cooking or clearing away?
