THE 2015 BOTTLING HITS HIGH GEAR

We're feeling accomplished as we have a new wine under cork. The bottling is all about the process and we do enjoy our processes, reveling in the joy of figuring out what to do better and how to make things more efficient. This time around we filtered more wine with less pads and hit our all time record of processing everything in 2 1/2 hours with just Roy and Pop!
We bottled three different rosés this year including our traditional Chatelaine’s Blush - a blend of many different grapes making up about 85% red and 15% white, the Cellar Club selection, a Reserve Chatelaine’s Blush, which is a dryer version of the traditional, and a new, single varietal rosé we're calling Courtly Love.
We also bottled the most recent vintage of our popular Jongleurs (vignole blend), the Marquise (viognier), Margravine (gewürztraminer), and Reingraff (reisling). Just a few more to go...
OH, and we have a good problem happening in our back room while we're bottling - we're noticing several of our more popular and unique white and rosé selections are almost gone. FEAR NOT! Royal Rabbit is rising to the challenge!
Also, check out our slick new label - do you like it?
