This message is to inform you that Recruitment Policy HR-400 has been updated. The revised policy is available at:

Policy revision highlights:

  • All postings, regardless of employment category, must remain open for a minimum of seven calendar days.
  • Postings must not close on a weekend or University-designated holiday.

Effective Friday, November 1, all postings reviewed by HR Recruitment & Outreach will be subject to the seven day minimum.
