DUT TOURISM MANAGEMENT STUDENTS ARE PART OF IMEX – MPI – MCI FUTURE LEADERS FORUM INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY CHALLENGE 2018/2019
Five third – year Tourism Management students from the Durban University of Technology (DUT) participated in the IMEX – MPI – MCI Future Leaders Forum International University Challenge 2018/2019 at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg, from 25 to 27 February 2019.
Early last month (February 2019) Bongumusa Nkosi ‘jabbed’ his way to win a silver medal at a boxing tournament held in Mtubatuba, where he represented Durban and the Durban University of Technology (DUT).
DUT’s Child and Youth Care student, Nkosi challenged many boxers at the University Sport South Africa (USSA) Elite Boxing Championships. At the inter-university tournament, he took home the silver medal in the 81+kgs heavyweight category.
