Choose the Right Care at the Right Place On Labour Day

Labour Day is right around the corner! It is a good time to remind patients of the health care options available, in order for them to "choose the right care at the right place." This reminder is to strengthen the connection between patients and primary care providers and maximize the use of community-based services, thereby reducing reliance on the hospital for non-urgent emergency care.

You can inform your patients about choosing the right care at the right place by putting up this poster and the North Shore walk-in clinic hours on Labour Day.

BC ECHO for Chronic Pain

BC ECHO for Chronic Pain is a free virtual learning community comprised of specialists and community health care providers who use instructive and case-based learning to gain improved competence in providing care for complex pain cases. Health care providers can get the help and support they need to provide immediate care to patients with complex pain in underserved areas, such as rural and remote communities.

Cycle 2 of ECHO will begin on September 17, 2019, and monthly sessions will be held from until June 2020.
