SECoPA Recap
Last month, members of our Master of Public Administration program attended and presented at the 2018 Southeastern Conference of Public Administration (SECoPA) in Birmingham, Alabama. SECoPA is an annual gathering of researchers, practitioners, and students who share innovative ideas, engage in scholarly discussion, and network with the public service community.

Four members of our program presented in the following panel discussions: Dr. Chaffin-DeHaan, Women in Public Administration; Nick Mercer, Service Learning in Public Administration Classroom; Danielle Bloom, Criminal Justice Issues; and Macy Adams, Nonprofits in Action.  Focusing on flooding in your final projects? Volunteer with SC Sea Grant!

Details: Students will be working the registration table for the event, with opportunities to interface with community partners. The event is hosted by SC Sea Grant Consortium.

Position: Program Coordinator
Details:  Under limited supervision of Executive Director, organizes, directs and coordinates Child and Adolescent Family Program (CAF) for the Center. Supervises coordinator for the Family Services Unit that comprises of Child and Adolescent Family Program (CAF). Supervises the planning, implementation and operations of all clinical programs related support for the children unit. Collaborates with DSS and DJJ to provide services to a specific population.
