Message from Sarah Loh
It’s been a busy first six weeks of the new job with Grand Finals, umpires and presentation night going well.  I understand some of the clubs will be having their AGMs over the coming month/s but would love to spend some time with all the Club Presidents and any committee members who may want to do a meet and greet with me over the next couple months.  Ideally I would like to come out to your club venue/ground to get an understanding of your facilities.  In the past month I’ve been able to catch up with some of you already and seen your facilities and discussed some of the ideas and challenges your clubs have.  If you can pass on this message to your Presidents and get them to make contact with me via email or by phone to make a time.  Look forward to meeting you all in due course.

Club End of Season Survey
As per previous seasons, the SMJFL will be asking for feedback on the season via a Club Survey. We anticipate this will be sent out next week.
End of Season Surveys (Reminder)
The SMJFL is seeking feedback via online surveys from the following:
These results are most valuable when the response rate is high. Feedback received via the surveys is used to assist with our review of the 2016 season and with planning for 2017.

Players (14-18) -
Female Players -
Coaches -
Club Umpires -

To offer incentive to players completing the surveys and the clubs promoting them, the SMJFL is giving away 2 signed St Kilda jumpers (player survey) and 2 signed Melbourne jumpers (female player survey), 1 to each club with the most responses and 1 to a player from each survey (picked at random).
Life Membership Nominations (Reminder)
Nominations for life membership are now open. Nominations close strictly on the 30th of September. Please contact the General Manager if you have any questions.
