Player Movement Policy
By way of clarification, a player's record in terms of the player movement policy, is moved with any team that's been re-graded e.g. if a player has played 4 games in U13 Div 1 but the team has moved to U13 Div 2 his record (for player movement purposes) is 4 games in U13 Div 2. Hopefully this is pretty straight forward but please contact Emily if you require clarification.
Updated Draft Fixtures
Changes are constantly being made to draft fixtures for round 6-8 so if you'd like to see the latest prior to providing feedback please go to Footyweb and download through Reports/Competition/Advanced Fixture. Once you've configured this report you can save it so it's much easier to run in the future. Please contact Emily if you need any assistance.
Player Transfer Forms
We've has a number of parents calling the office asking where they download the form from, however the Player Transfer Request Form is NOT accessible by parents on our website. The destination club involved in the transfer needs to provide the parent with the form (accessible only in Secretaries' Corner).
Dangerous Tackles Video Resource [forward to coaches]
In partnership with VAFA we have uploaded a helpful video in identifying dangerous tackles. A good one to pass on to coaches, who all have access to the 'Coaches Box'. This should be viewed to complement the Dangerous Tackle Initiative that all clubs should be implementing on game day.
Perpetual Grand Final Trophies [return]
We are asking for all perpetual trophies to be returned to the SMJFL office by June 10th. Full list of Grand Final winners, and therefor trophy recipients.
