Ground Information & Fixture Requests All clubs are required to submit details of current ground information and any fixture requests for the season. This must be done by clicking here and submitting online form by 9am, Monday 21st March.
Presidents' Forum & Secretaries' Night - RSVPs and Agendas The following clubs are yet to RSVP (due 7th March): Brighton Beach, Cheltenham, East Malvern, Hampton, Highett, Murrumbeena, Northvale & South Melbourne. This must be done ASAP via links in Upcoming Dates. Note, the second session of Secretaries' Night (all Secretaries) will now be start at 6:30pm (was 6:45pm). Match day paperwork (CMRs, Report Forms, score cards) and match balls will be available for collection either before or after the relevant sessions. Please ensure you have enough car space, and football bags to collect match ball orders on the night.

Will Murray Fundraiser The South Metro Junior Football League would like to announce a fundraising & awareness initiative for the benefit of Will Murray and the Murray family.
Please note that a representative from the Will Murray Assistance Committee will present the full details of this initiative at the upcoming Presidents’ Forum on March 16. Clubs will then be asked to submit their orders by no later than Wednesday March 23rd.

Coach Registration on FootyWeb The AFL has recently announced that all community football coaches must now register online via footyweb. This requirement takes effect for the 2016 season so it's important that all clubs update their online registration form to accommodate coaches and advise them to register ASAP.
This will be discussed further at Secretaries' Night.
