Beautiful & Healthy Skin

Our skin is a vital reflection of our health. Clear and unblemished skin is not only beautiful, but it also reflects what is going on inside.

Purpose  Our skin is the largest organ of our body. It’s primary purpose is to protect our body from infection and invasion. It also sends important messages to our brain, and helps us develop by our sense of touch. This has an emotional and a psychological impact on us.  Another function is that it regulates our temperature by keeping us warm and cooling us off when necessary. The skin also cleanses impurities from our body by eliminating them through our sweat, and is even considered our third kidney.

Skin Problems arise from two sources: our environment and internal pollution. Sun exposure is a prime environmental concern for skin damage, as well as chemicals and irritants.

Skin problems that arise from internal pollution are varied, the bottom line being a filthy blood stream. This dirty blood stream tries to get rid of its toxins through the skin, then different conditions occur, such as, eczema, psoriasis, acne, rashes, and such like. The reason why the blood becomes so dirty is because the body is not able to handle all the toxins and poisons ingested into its system. The bowel, liver, and kidneys are not functioning at their optimal level and therefore they are not able to get rid of all the toxins, which then spill out through the skin.

Knowing the cause of the problem, one understands what then needs to be done. A simple topical treatment does not always get to the root and solve the problem.
Here are some steps to take:
  • Drink clean water.
  • Eat wholesome food and eliminate junk food.
  • Minimize sun exposure especially during the peak time of the day (11 am ~ 3 pm).
  • Avoid exposure to chemicals.
  • Use some natural high quality skin cleaning products. We recommend the castor oil treatment. (See below.)
  • Wash your face with soap and then use a skin toner.
  • Do a whole body cleanse.
A whole body cleanse includes the following:
  1. Cleansing the bowels. Our Vacuum Cleanse is great for this, along with the Quick Bowel formula.
  2. Cleansing the kidneys.
  3. Detoxifying the liver.
  4. Cleaning the blood.
Healthy Beautiful skin is something we all can have if we take the steps needed. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Healthy Tidbit: Castor Oil Deep Cleaning
  • Mix 1 part castor oil and 1 part other oil, such as olive, coconut, apricot.
  • Add some drops of Tea Tree oil.
  • Massage into face for 5-10 minutes.
  • Wet clean washcloth with hot water and apply over face. Let cool.
  • Do three times and then wipe face.
After doing the castor oil cleaning, you may wash face with soap if desired. For those with acne, this cleanse can be done every day until the skin is clear. You may also spray your face with skin toner after cleaning it or use plantain, as this will help draw out the toxins.

For those who want to maintain and enhance their skin, they may do this cleanse once a week.
