New Options For Our Moms Group, Fridays through 2020
 New motherhood can be incredibly rewarding, but also overwhelming. This support group for new mothers will run on Fridays at 11a.m. in 2020, with a new flexible program of weekly themes based on the needs of the group. You can now choose to participate in single sessions for $50 or $40 per session if you wish to book multiple.

 We host intimate monthly gatherings to familiarize local professionals with our new space and clinical offerings. This is a great opportunity to network and discuss ways we can better support our patients together, all over light refreshments.

Announcing Scholarship Recipients for Maternal Mental Health Online Training
 The Seleni Institute was awarded a grant from a philanthropic donor which provides 40 full scholarships for Seleni's Maternal Mental Health Intensive Clinical Training online courses. The scholarships valued at $20,000 are targeted to support mental health professionals and students serving underserved populations.

Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) affect at least 1 in 5 mothers, and they affect almost half of all mothers from low-socioeconomic backgrounds. Seleni's Maternal Mental Health Intensive program trains professionals to effectively screen, diagnose and treat women suffering from PMADs and grief from perinatal loss. Help provide tools to improve maternal mental health in communities in need.
