Time of connections - brought to you by the Blaby and Oadby and Wigston Mental Health Forum.

Time of Connections

Connecting with others during the Covid pandemic has been difficult, and it's easy to feel isolated and lonely.

Support your own wellbeing by joining us for a week of activities from Monday 15 February - Friday 19 February.

Choose from a variety of free taster sessions including singing, physical activity, arts & crafts, and mindfulness.
