Dear Alumni,

Welcome to the November 2020 edition of Business eConnections eZine.

Our new and returning students are now seven weeks into the new academic year, with all classes being delivered at-distance. Thus, whilst we are missing the usual buzz of students on campus and all that goes with it, our staff and students are embracing the challenge and making every effort to ensure a rich and vibrant learning experience with a wide variety of extra-curricular activities and events being made available to students. Our alumni community have played a key role in this, through their participation in a variety of Mentoring programmes, panel discussion events, guest lectures and career workshops. Our thanks to all those who have given so generously of their time to enhance the learning experience for our students at this difficult time.

This month we feature interviews with Micaela Connery, MBA '17, Founder and CEO of The Kelsey, and Brian Fagan, BBLS '00, Founder and Director of Glendalough Distillery. We also include a roundup of our future events and news from your Alumni Network and the College of Business.
Best wishes,
UCD Business Alumni Relations Team
