Superglue Autumn 2016 Newsletter

The 2 ½ years since we started Superglue has flown by and we thought that a newsletter to update you on what we’ve been up to is long overdue!

Producing outstanding events that raise brand value.

When we started Superglue we made a promise - and that was to produce events that built audiences and deepened engagement with them.

Since then we have worked with some exceptional companies to create incredible events. Our events have regularly sold out as soon as they’ve launched, they’ve attracted opinion formers and exceeded targets. This has resulted in greater engagement, leading to sales and increased market share for our clients.

We’ve been working with household names, such as, 02, British Land and Orangina; and more niche companies, such as Ctrl-Shift, Global Finance and the Institute of Competitive Socialising. We’ve also been involved in some brilliant projects with institutions, such as, Royal Opera House, Village Underground and Hackney Cooperative development.

Below is a bit more information about what we’ve been up to. Get in touch with us to make your event brilliant.

We’ve engaged audiences with some fantastic experiential activity; here are three of our personal highlights. All of these events generated maximum interest from the mainstream media.

At the award winning O2’s PO2ESSED we transformed a three story Victorian terrace building into a totally interactive and immersive theatrical experience showcasing 02’s connected devices.

Following the enormous success of the Swingers pop-up that we produced in 2014, we went on to bring their epic new permanent venue to life with scenic dressing, design and installation.

Boulers, Roof Top Petanque by Orangina - complete with six petanque lanes, a cocktail bar and street food - took Stratford by surprise last summer.

Our conference portfolio continues to grow. We work to sharpen our clients’ position in their markets by driving awareness of their products and services in an engaging, interactive and dynamic way.

Ctrl-Shifts PIE conference is now in its third year and we are proud to have grown this programme from 70 to 450 delegates and counting.

Last year was Global Finance Magazine’s first Digital Banking Conference. The 2016 conference, due to take place in October, has grown considerably and we are now working with them on their Geneva and Washington events.

We’ve produced conference and speaker events in some unusual venues for British Land including two speaker and exhibition events in the disused Nicholls and Clarke Building in Shoreditch.

...and elsewhere...

The Guardian rather flatteringly asked us to create and run a course in their Masterclass series, titled 'How to start your own events business'. We were able to share some of our own experiences and help the next generation of events professionals avoid common pitfalls.

Now, more so than when we started, we're convinced that our belief in unique events beats a boiler-plate approach every time. Get in touch with us to make your event brilliant.
