As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to escalate and local and federal governments issue new orders and recommendations, Cochrane Supply would like to provide you with updated information regarding our operations. As an essential business, our counter areas will remain accessible and open to support our customers--however, please note that EFFECTIVE MARCH 24, 2020:
  • All Cochrane Supply counter hours will be modified to 7:30am-2:00pm until at least April 13, 2020.
  • Counter areas will be limited to only three customers at any given time.
  • Customers are invited to call ahead and our counter staff will arrange to bring your pick-up order to your vehicle if you prefer.
  • We're limiting the number of branch personnel to a maximum of two people to support social distancing while practicing frequent hand sanitation, counter sanitation, and the sanitation of pens and other touch points to protect our employees and customers.
  • Cochrane branch personnel will remain at each location from 2:00pm-3:00pm to process shipments and to execute a final round of thorough sanitation throughout.  
  • Our sales staff and other Cochrane Supply staff deemed "non-essential" will continue to work their normal business hours remotely to support your needs. Please continue to reach out to your sales rep or corporate contact with any inquiries, questions or concerns related to quotes, orders, products, A/R, A/P, etc.
  • Our Tech Services team will be converting all remaining Niagara 4 Technical Certification Courses in the month of March to virtual learning environments.
  • We'll be postponing other in-person training and events that were scheduled through April 8th, 2020, including:
