Self-Help is committed to caring for the health and well-being of our members and staff. We are closely monitoring recommendations from local health officials and government leaders as we continue to respond to COVID-19.
We have taken several precautions at each of our branches to ensure we are following best practices to reduce health risks for you. As a result, the following actions are effective immediately:
Remember that online, telephone, and mobile banking are available around the clock to check balances. For additional assistance, contact Member Services by calling 877-369-2828, Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Branch lobby access is restricted until further notice. For routine transactions, we encourage you to take full advantage of our ATM or drive-thru services, which remain fully functional.
- For branches without ATMs and drive-thru service, we will allow a limited number of members in for teller transactions only.
- Non-teller services, such as loan applications, can be made by advance appointment only. To make an appointment, call our Member Services department at 877-369-2828.
- We have closed some of our branches temporarily to allow staff to better serve you in nearby locations. Please check our website for additional information regarding branch status and hours. We will continue to post updates as needed
