County to Build $20 Million Animal Services Facility

Local governments joined forces to meet a community need to build a new humane animal services facility. San Luis Obispo County’s new regional, public animal services facility project is moving forward at an estimated cost of about $20 million. Get more information.

DA to Host Mandatory Human Trafficking Training for Hospitality Workers in San Luis Obispo County

Free Human Trafficking Awareness Training for hotel and motel employers in San Luis Obispo County. The Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force will host this seminar to educate personnel on the requirements a new State law that requires all hotel and motel employees to receive at least 20 minutes of new human trafficking awareness training by Jan. 1, 2020. Register for upcoming training opportunities.
