Facial release workshops

Our therapeutic skincare specialist is running two self-care workshops over weekends in April to help you:
* Relax your face and calm your mind
* Reduce and manage aches and tensions
* De-stress, sleep better and replenish your energies
* Nurture yourself and rejuvenate

New evening yoga classes

We will be making the most of our improved studio space to run more yoga classes. The first of these will be with Erika on a Wednesday evening from 7.30-8.30pm. Erika's yoga classes are a gentle vinyasa flow leading into a relaxation and meditation.

Erika is also looking at an early morning class on Thursdays from 7.30-8.30am so please register your interest if this appeals to you.

Jenny's pledge to support refugees

Our sports massage therapist Jenny Greig has decided to donate a portion of her massage earnings to support refugees. Jenny has been eager to find a way to keep refugees on the agenda and from this month will be donating £1.50 from each appointment she does to Unicef's Refugee and Migrant Crisis appeal
