Access for young adults with disabilities

This year, we are excited to announce that New York State Transition Partners -- a collaborative project of INCLUDEnyc, Parent Network of Western New York, and Starbridge, Inc. -- will provide a limited number of scholarships for young people and their family members to attend one of two statewide conferences free of charge. Scholarships will cover registration, hotel accommodations, and breakfast and lunch on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please complete the survey and get it back to us right away for the best chance to receive a scholarship for one of the following two conferences:

Talking Transition - Partnership to Leverage Success: A Collaborative Forum
