Access for young adults with disabilities
Your Opinion Needed

The three members of NYS Transition Partners -- INCLUDEnyc, Starbridge, Inc. and The Parent Network of Western New York -- are planning for our third year providing people who care deeply about the future of young adults with disabilities with practical information and resources to help along the way.

There’s so much happening in our world that we can’t control, but we can make sure that we are providing you with relevant, useful, and high quality resources and information.

Please take a few minutes to let our team know what you would like us to focus on in 2017, how you feel about our work to date, and what improvements you would like to see. We will use your responses to complete our planning for 2017, and to let our funders at the US Department of Education know how we’re doing.
