The Kagency is excited to announce that Westside Manhattan gains a premiere event space this August. The state-of-the-art Expo at Starrett-Lehigh is poised to deliver high tech events with the convenience of a full-service event space - with all vendors welcome.
Guests enter the new Chelsea facility on 11th Avenue between 27th and 28th Streets. Two sets of double doors directly access the main event space, which expands to 5,000 SF. An intimate 3,500 SF space can be created with elegant steel and glass garage doors that create a 1,500 SF back of house. Additional space for a full kitchen buildout or green room is available through a connecting door to the West 27th Street Retail Pop-Up.
The Expo is outfitted with premium sound and flexible lighting capabilities, as well as four permanently installed ceiling trusses for customizations. The venue also comes with two projectors with drop down screens (200" diagonal and 130" diagonal), both with aspect ratios of 16:9. Additional branding opportunities are available on two LED walls at the entrance (6' x 10') with resolutions of 3240 x 5808. The venue offers 7 facilities for men and 11 for women.
