Take 5 with thrive

An occasional, informal newsletter where we stay in touch and share some interesting things.
March 2015

Hello and welcome to another 'Take 5 with thrive'!

hope this email finds you well and you are enjoying the longer Spring days (for those in the Northern Hemisphere!).

I'm delighted to report that, since our last email to you, we've had a really impressive response to the Influencing research survey; you can read the full update below. If you've already taken the time to complete the survey, thank you for your contribution!

I hope you find this edition useful and interesting and, if you find something you like, please share it with 1 or 2 people who you think will appreciate it too.

In this video, Derek shares the main findings from several sources of research – and they all point to one thing: an investment in Employee Engagement (when it’s done right!) will deliver massive, measurable commercial results.

If you haven't already completed it yourself, please c
