Spend Summer 2015 in India – Join the Global Leader Inme!

Durgha Ramji, who has been actively involved with FYEG over the past few years is currently based in Bangalore, India working with a adventure based skills development organization called 'Infinite Me'.
Her project 'The Global Leader Inme' is a leadership development program for young people centred around adventure based learning, skills development and internship opportunities in rural and urban India. 'The world within the work place is increasingly diverse. The necessity to cross boundaries and be adaptable to work in different settings is key to operating effectively. These soft skills are exactly what employers look for in an increasingly globalised job market where learning to work and thrive in different cultures is an important skill.
We believe the difference we make to the outlook, skills and competency of our participants will translate into positive actions to solve the challenges faced by the world'.
To join the 4 or 8 week programmes being offered in both North and South India contact Durgha on durgha@inme.in

Europe

On January 25, the elections in Greece took place with an overwhelming victory for Syriza (who were recently joined by the Greek Greens), a radical far-left party after campaigning to cast aside austerity, backtrack on reforms and insist that Greece’s vast debt is slashed. Read the press release from FYEG.

On the 4th of February, there will be a protest by Friends of the Earth Europe against TTIP, in front of the European Parliament. Feel free to join!

The Greens in England and Wales are growing fast! They are now the fourth biggest UK wide party in terms of membership. The Young Greens of England and Wales are preparing for exiting elections!
